All artwork, illustrations, and the content of this web site are copyright Chubbard Designs.

It is the customer’s responsibility for ensuring that any material – hymns, poems, readings etc – you ask Chubbard Designs to include in your stationery does not breach any third party copyright.

The customer must ensure the correct copyright permission has been obtained.

Branding

All stationery purchased will have Chubbard Designs logo on the back of the card at the bottom. This is for copyright and branding reasons.

Deposits and payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due upon acceptance of final proofs and must be paid in full before any work can commence on your order. Payment of the deposit is considered to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The order process

Chubbard Designs will make every effort to ensure that proofs are submitted to the customer in accordance with the customer’s request. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the proofs before confirming your acceptance. Any proofs submitted to the customer must be signed, dated and returned to Chubbard Designs.

On receipt of the signed proofs and payment of the remaining balance, Chubbard Designs will send you confirmation of receipt (either by email or post).

Chubbard Designs will then proceed with the production of your stationery. Any changes, or alterations requested after returning the signed proofs may incur an additional charge.

Chubbard Designs will not be responsible for any mistakes that are unnoticed after proofs have been signed off.

Chubbard Designs will make every effort to ensure the final stationery order matches the signed proof. However, as all our stationery is handmade, designs may vary slightly. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee continuity of colours/materials especially if separate orders are placed for the same stationery design. If the product specifications from our suppliers change we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of the same or better quality at the same price as your initial order.

Any artwork and designs created for you including bespoke designs will remain copyright of Chubbard Designs.

Minimum order quantities

Each bespoke artist drawing will require a minimum order of 50 invitations; this is due to the artwork involved.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notification; however any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders at that time.

Delivery

All stationery orders placed with Chubbard Designs are done so on the understanding that delivery dates are approximate and are subject to availability. Chubbard Designs will endeavour to deliver your order 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of signed proofs.

Delivery is usually made through Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Chubbard Designs reserve the right to deliver stationery through other carriers. Whilst Chubbard Designs make every effort to pack your stationery order safely and securely we cannot be held liable for loss or damage whilst in transit.

Liability

You should be aware that some of our products are not suitable for children.

Returns, Alterations and Cancellations

In the event of an order being cancelled prior to receipt of signed proofs, will not incur any additional costs other than the non refundable 50% deposit already paid. If an order is cancelled after the receipt of signed proofs then all work exceeding the deposit must be paid for.

All cancelled orders must be confirmed in writing to Chubbard Designs.

As Chubbard Designs stationery is bespoke and handmade to order, refunds will only be given if found faulty and notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Data Protection

We will not disclose any information you provide with any third party unless specifically agreed in advance by you, for example testimonials
